A smoother, smarter mobile app experience — now with dark mode
Our award-winning mobile app (Shortyz Awards 2025 winner!) just got a major upgrade — starting from the login screen.
Here’s what’s new:
- Combined login flow: There’s now no need to switch between pages.
- A redesigned Settings page: Get easier access to key details. For example:
- View your account name and User ID at a glance.
- Tap to copy your User ID when needed.
- Instantly see the app version you’re using.
- Theme selection: Choose light mode, dark mode, or match your device settings.
- Navigation label toggle: Customize your interface based on your preferences.
- Push notification control: Turn alerts on or off with one click.
- Check-in and check-out visibility: Guest timing details are now clearly displayed within each reservation.
- Smart Lock notifications: Receive an instant push alert when a guest uses their smart lock code.
- Online Check-in Forms: View, edit, and share form links directly from your mobile dashboard.
Faster guest messaging with Quick Replies
Save your go-to messages. Reply in seconds.
Whether it’s Wi-Fi info, directions, or check-out rules, you can now store and send your most-used messages with Quick Replies (formerly Saved Replies).
What’s improved:
- Create replies in multiple languages — we’ll auto-match the guest’s language when possible.
- Use Quick Replies right from your Inbox or via Settings.
Smarter VAT display in guest invoices
Unfortunately, booking platforms don’t always send tax breakdowns. But that doesn’t mean you don’t need insights into the taxes you charge.
For hosts charging value-added tax (VAT) in the European Union, Lodgify now calculates VAT automatically for room rates, fees, and add-ons — even if the booking platform doesn’t provide itemized data. VAT will appear in the invoice line items and summary.
Note: Currently not available for Booking.com due to data limitations — we’re working on it.
Work smoother with these UX upgrades

- A new Rentals List page with clearer filters and labels

We’ve refreshed the email templates sent during the online check-in process — for both hosts and guests. They’re now clearer and easier to act on, plus aligned with GDPR best practices.
New: Lockly smart locks support
That’s right — we’ve added another trusted brand to your Smart Lock options.
You can now connect Lockly smart locks in Lodgify — great for contactless check-ins and growing guest trust. One more way to automate your check-in process.
