And just like that, the first quarter of 2025 is behind us! Time flies when you’re working on product improvements, and that’s certainly been the case for the Lodgify team.
As always, we have some new updates to share with you all, designed to improve the guest experience and make your job a little easier.

Check out our Guest Module’s new design
If you subscribe to Lodgify’s Ultimate plan (or have been considering it), you’ll know that Ultimate plan users have access to our Guest Module. And you’ll be happy to hear that the Guest Module now has a completely new user interface (UI) and design!
But let’s back up for those who are less familiar with our Guest Module.
The Guest Module has two different components, which provide the same details but in different formats:
- The Guest Portal, which is accessible via a web browser
- The Guest App, a downloadable mobile app for a more integrated experience
In both cases, the Guest Module provides a centralized dashboard that allows guests to access their booking details, check-in instructions, property information, maps, contact details, and more. You can even create custom guides with essential details such as house rules, local recommendations, dining options, and entertainment services.
It all comes down to enhancing the guest experience by providing easy access to the information they need. And we’re confident guests will enjoy the Guest Module even more now thanks to its modern new design!

Create and update tasks on the go
Sick of having to return home to create new tasks for your staff? Now you don’t have to!
In the latest version of the Lodgify mobile app, you can now create tasks on the go with just one click. Enter a title for the task manually, or select from pre-existing task templates for added convenience. You can also customize the start and end times of each task and assign it to the right team member.
Whatever options you choose, you’ll have your task created and assigned in under a minute!
Now imagine your task is complete and you need to inspect it—the update applies here, too. Rather than head home to approve or reject a task that needs inspected, you can do so directly from the Lodgify mobile app.
No more holding your team up or wasting time—manage your tasks efficiently on the go!
Logins just keep getting easier
Last month, we shared an update that enables you to return to an existing open session in your Lodgify account without having to log in again. Now, we’re excited to share another update that makes logins even easier: extended session duration!
Before this update, the default duration of a session in your Lodgify account was one day, at which point you’d be logged out and forced to re-enter your credentials. Now, we’ve extended the default session to three days.
Want to stay logged in for even longer? No problem. Simply select the Stay logged in checkbox, and your session will last 15 days. (This used to be just three days.)
After all, little things like this quickly add up to increase the efficiency of your everyday tasks!
